DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

FarmToMed ships to addresses within the U.S.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
FarmToMed is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
FarmToMed is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
To return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Our refund and returns policy last 30 days.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
· We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
· Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
· If you have any questions concerning our return policy, please contact us.
